CRAFT AIR by ESAU & HUEBER is the compact and economical solution for mixing gases into liquids, particularly for smaller and craft breweries. The system was developed primarily for wort aeration and is suitable wherever robust, hygienic and cost-efficient technology is required.
CRAFT AIR is based on the fluid-dynamic principles of TURBO AIR technology, but features a simplified design and is configured as an attractive entry-level model.

How CRAFT AIR works
In CRAFT AIR, the liquid is accelerated in a targeted manner by the special nozzle geometry. During a controlled decompression effect, the introduced gas bubbles are significantly reduced in size, resulting in a fine bubble structure and good gas dissolution.
Unlike TURBO AIR, the gas distribution system features a simpler design. The focus is on an economical, robust and practical solution for smaller applications.
