CRAFT PITCH by ESAU & HUEBER is a mobile skid for precise, measurement-based yeast dosing during pitching. Instead of relying on estimates or laboratory spot checks, the system measures the actual number of living yeast cells and calculates the exact required quantity of yeast.

How CRAFT PITCH works
CRAFT PITCH measures the yeast cell count and vitality of the pitching yeast and calculates the exact dosing quantity required for the respective brew. Dosing is performed fully automatically and reproducibly.
The mobile skid can be used with different fermentation tanks. All dosing data are recorded and available for quality assurance.
