CRAFT PROP by ESAU & HUEBER is a professional propagation system for the propagation of yeast and other microorganisms at a scale of 2 to 20 hl net volume. Automated aeration and temperature control ensure stable, reproducible cultures.

How CRAFT PROP works
In CRAFT PROP, yeast is propagated under controlled aerobic conditions. The aeration system integrated into the tank ensures fine oxygen distribution, promoting optimum yeast growth.
The integrated control system provides reproducible aeration adapted to the progress of propagation and ensures stable process operation. The compact design also allows installation in confined spaces.
