The OxyLoop NAB skid by ESAU & HUEBER is a compact, retrofit-ready solution for the fermentative production of non-alcoholic beer and beverages. Targeted oxygen supply inhibits the alcohol-producing activity of the yeast, while keeping the product close in taste to full-strength beer.
The NAB skid can be easily connected to existing fermentation tanks and enables the production of non-alcoholic beer without major investment in separate equipment.

How OxyLoop NAB works
The OxyLoop NAB principle is based on targeted oxygen dosing during fermentation. The increased oxygen content forces the yeast into respiratory metabolism, minimizing ethanol production.
The compact skid controls the aeration process fully automatically and can be easily connected to existing fermentation tanks and process control systems.
