How YPM works
YPM continuously analyses propagation progress based on product parameters such as turbidity and extract, compares it with a target curve and adjusts process parameters such as temperature, aeration and cycles as required.
Through situational control, the system dynamically adapts to changing production conditions. All process steps are recorded and can be traced for quality assurance.
